My parents have always dedicated their lives to cultivating the land. The farmhouse has a large vegetable garden cultivated with care and great dedication all year round.

The garden provides a wide variety of always fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit, which are the basis of all the dishes prepared at home by me, from fresh basil, to tomatoes, courgettes, and many other types of vegetables.
