The animals
Every morning fresh eggs are collected in our henhouse which has over a dozen hens.
They are fed every day with corn and natural seeds by my mother Rosina, but they also like to peck at everything they find and that they like.
Eggs are the basis of many traditional recipes prepared at home by us, such as fresh pasta, aubergine parmigiana, tomato meatballs, lasagne, and great traditional dishes such as Tiramisu.
